The product suite will be rolled out in a phased implementation over the next two quarters, allowing Lantronix to familiarize themselves with each of the products at a productive pace.
Beginning with CMR’s Reseller Profile™ module, Lantronix can discard their old methods of manually receiving and processing faxes of hand printed applications from potential authorized resellers. Reseller Profile™ allows them to quickly and carefully evaluate an electronic version of the prospective reseller applications. Once approved, the profile will contain all customer data, including contact information and business overview. When accessed through the Partner Avenue™ portal, all supplementary modules will combine the most current sales data to enhance the benefit of their reseller profiles.
Partner Avenue™ will provide Lantronix with web access to additional modules such as Channel POS™ and Co-op/MDF™ Funds Management that will integrate with the Reseller Profile™ module to create an intelligent flow of detailed information and communication through the high-tech distribution channel. The results generated by these integrated products will allow Lantronix to accurately calculate commissions, track incentive program costs, gauge return on investment for marketing programs and reduce the overhead associated with overall channel management procedures.
